Submission Guidelines for ICAETSC 2026
The International Conference on Advancement in Engineering, Technology and Social Science 2026 (ICAETSC 2026) welcomes the submission of original research papers that contribute to the advancement of knowledge, innovation, and sustainable development across engineering, technology, science, education, business, management, and social sciences.
Authors are requested to carefully follow the submission requirements outlined below to ensure a smooth review, evaluation, and publication process.
Manuscript Preparation
Authors must prepare their manuscripts using the official ICAETSC 2026 Full Paper Template and Paper Guideline. Adherence to the prescribed format is essential to ensure consistency and facilitate the review, evaluation, and publication processes.

Manuscript Requirements
Originality
Submitted manuscripts must present original and unpublished research work. Papers that have been previously published, accepted for publication, or are currently under review elsewhere will not be considered.
Authorship
Each manuscript must include at least one author affiliated with an international institution or an industry organisation.
Length
The manuscript must be a minimum of ten (10) pages in length.
References
A minimum of fifteen (15) relevant references must be included. Authors are encouraged to cite recent and high-quality scholarly sources relevant to their research.
Figures and Tables
All figures, tables, and illustrations must contain appropriate captions and must be clearly discussed within the manuscript.
Language
Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise, and professional English.
Academic Integrity
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts comply with accepted academic and publication ethics standards. Any form of plagiarism, data fabrication, or unethical publication practice will not be tolerated.
Publication Opportunities
ICAETSC 2026 is committed to supporting researchers in disseminating impactful research through recognised academic publication platforms.
Selected papers will be considered for publication in SCOPUS-indexed journals and other recognised indexed journals, subject to peer review and final approval by the respective editorial boards and publishers.
All accepted papers are eligible for publication in indexed journals, subject to peer review and final approval by the respective editorial boards and publishers.
Publication decisions are made independently by the respective journals and publishers based on their editorial policies, publication standards, scope suitability, publication ethics requirements, and review outcomes.
The Organising Committee continuously collaborates with reputable publication partners to provide suitable publication pathways while maintaining the highest standards of academic quality, integrity, and professionalism.

Withdrawal Policy
Authors who wish to withdraw their papers are encouraged to notify the Organising Committee as early as possible.
Please note that once the final manuscript has been submitted and the registration fee has been paid, withdrawal requests will not be eligible for any refund. This policy is necessary due to administrative commitments, publication arrangements, editorial processing costs, and obligations incurred by the conference and its publication partners.
